Jane Beverley has a passion for voicing political campaign ads and has a special place in her heart (and performance) for issue-based spots.

She was one of several actors participating in a ballot initiative campaign in Vermont (Proposition 2) in 2022. Believe it or not, slavery was still on the books in this state, and this campaign explained the issue and the importance of reworking the language around this issue.

In late 2025, she recorded 30-second and 15-second versions of an ad urging voters to Vote No on the No Upcode Act, which was renewed for the next quarter. She also voiced an ad on behalf of Steve Sweeney, a candidate for governor of NJ in the primaries earlier in 2026.

More About Jane Beverley

Political Voiceover Actor

Jane Beverley is a seasoned voiceover artist with a naturally warm, distinctive voice and a knack for bringing characters to life. Whether you need a wise narrator, a quirky grandmother, a regal matriarch, or an unforgettable fantasy character, she provides depth, authenticity, and charm that listeners remember. Her voice carries experience, personality, and a touch of magic—perfect for commercials, PSAs, animation, video games, and storytelling of all kinds. If you’re looking to add heart and uniqueness to your project Jane would be a perfect choice.

After a 35 year career at an academic publishing house, Jane came into voiceover just six years ago. Her undergraduate degree was in communication, majoring in theater and shortly after graduation she came to NYC. Never an ingenue (having played roles like Martha in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf, Solange in The Maids, Mrs. Smith in The Bald Soprano, Lady Britomart in Major Barbara–you get the picture), she put her theater dreams on hold for a bit while studying acting with Roger Simon at The Simon Studio. She managed to keep that love for theater warm serving as Director / Dramaturg for an off-off Broadway company *BonBock* for 8 years including appearances in 3 Fringe Festivals. She also became a founding member/performer with Raconteur Radio –a NJ based staged radio production group that sometimes roams as far as PA and NYC.

Fun Fact about Jane: She also has a studio in Helsinki, Finland!

Political Issues & Causes:

Jane is passionate about sustainability, environmental protection, a woman's right to choose, preserving Social Security and affordable healthcare for all. She is also an advocate for stronger gun safety laws, including safe storage requirements. Since September 2023, she has volunteered her time each month to record 3-6 birthday memorial videos for The Birthday Fairy Project, which are shared on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
